Fraser Day 2 – Propeller Planed Ariel View

After visiting the shipwreck a handful of us decide to go on the small plane to see Fraser’s from an ariel view, as it is only $60 (£30). There is 3 Farmer lads from Ipswich Matt, Tom and Adam, Chloe from my car and 2 girls Suzie and Freya from England. I get to sit in the co-pilot seat as get in there first when he asks, which is really cool and best seat on the plane to get the views. The pilot is quite funny cracking jokes all the time about giving special attention to the co-pilot even brushing off the sand as I get in as it can’t get into the equipment. He is quite cute in knee high socks and wonder why he needs them like that.

We take off over the wreck and it’s amazing to see from the sky the video full 75miles of beach we are using as our motorway and can see the full island, which is much bigger than expected and the contrast of the trees, huge sand dunes and lakes looks very cool especially Butterfly Lake video. The pilot is fun and does a few plane tricks as we fly over the lakes giving a roller coaster effect. The sand dunes look so big and we circle around those few times before flying low over the sea, where we all try to look for sharks as apparently you can see them easily from the air. The landing back is very smooth considering it is actually a windy day. Definitely a highlight of the day!
